Paradise Creek

We never took one year photos of our little nature lover, so we took advantage of the beautiful scenery when we went for our first family campout. Emma had already been camping twice before- but this was the first of many for our little family. I grew up camping in the White Mountains of AZ, there is no better place to camp in this state in my humble opinion.

As I've mentioned before, Emma couldn't be happier than when she is outdoors. For most of the photo shoot I couldn't even keep her shoes on! She wanted to touch the bugs, run in the grass, get in the icy cold water. She was in heaven. The photos of her were taken at Paradise Creek- the name says it all. It is on the res, and they stopped allowing camping in this specific area quite a long time ago. I'm sure that adds to the natural beauty. Also, the peach dress she is wearing is the same dress that I wore in my one year photos. An aunt on my dad's side made it for me. Precious, right?! She wears it so well. :)

When we were packing up to leave she cried and was so sad. Every morning she would spring up and head to the front of the tent, anxious for us to let her out. It was priceless. Here are some photos of our fun adventure, enjoy!
