Four Peaks

Now that Nursing School is behind me, Kyle and I have decided its time to bring back some SPONTANEITY into our lives. Ever since we got engaged, we were busy finishing the backyard for the reception, studying for school, trying to enjoy the holidays, plan a wedding, and then once we got married I started my last semester 4 days later. Now that its all behind us, we are ready to move forward and have some fun!

We decided to take a last minute overnight trip up to Four Peaks. I  had never been, and Kyle likes it. We both wanted to get outta town for the night, so we packed up after he got off work, picked up his dad's prowler, and headed up there. Lemme tell ya, it was beautiful! Ok, at night you don't see much, but the city lights looked awesome! Especially to travel up the mountain and go from desert landscape to pine trees and much cooler weather. Only bad thing is we forgot to bring goggles so I had my face covered most of the drive to prevent swallowing or having a facial with bug guts. Ewww.

It is always a fun time with my other half. He makes me so happy, and always keeps me laughing. I love that we can be totally goofy and romantic at the same time. I am still not quite sure how I became so blessed, but I sure am grateful for the blessings I have!
