We met in August of 2010 at a YSA fireside... Kyle was introduced to Elena through a mutual acquaintance, and that night Kyle couldn't leave without asking Elena out for a date. Their first date was shortly after, which consisted of some rock climbing, grilling, and a movie. Kyle even scored a kiss on their 2ND DATE! Lucky guy :)  As time passed, through the ups and downs they realized there was more to this relationship than an ending. They fell in love, and decided to marry! Kyle is a romantic guy, and surprised Elena on a plane ride over Rio Verde, AZ with a painted message on his roof: "Marry Me Elena" while holding a beautiful diamond ring awaiting her response. Of course, it was a big fat "YES"! On January 14, 2012 they were sealed for time and all eternity in the Mesa LDS temple, the most magical place on earth. :)

Ok, so that was a very quick summary of our dating life. From first date to marriage was about a year and a half, and as much as the in-between matters to us, we know its special and don't feel like listing out our wonderful dating life. Sad, I know. But do not fret, there's lots more to tell!
